F\u00fcr die Pr\u00fcfung auf Narkosetauglichkeit werden auch das Herz-Kreislaufsystem \u00fcberpr\u00fcft und, wenn n\u00f6tig, Blutuntersuchungen im hauseigenen Labor eingeleitet.<\/p>\n

Durch das Abtasten spezieller Akupunktur- und Triggerpunkte werden aktuelle Schmerzpunkte lokalisiert. Durch diese spezielle Untersuchungstechnik k\u00f6nnen auch chronische Schmerzpunkte und Blockaden aufgesp\u00fcrt werden, die noch nicht r\u00f6ntgenologisch sichtbar geworden sind.
Die Triggerpunkt-Diagnostik ist bei Katzen viel aussagekr\u00e4ftiger, als die Ganganalyse oder orthop\u00e4dische Untersuchung. Katzen reagieren zum Teil recht eindeutig und heftig. Manche werden aus dem \u201eNichts\u201c heraus richtig aggressiv, wenn man so einen neuralgischen Punkt ertastet. Diese Untersuchungsmethode ist so wertvoll, da gerade bei Katzen im R\u00f6ntgenbild trotz Schmerzen meist keine eindeutigen Ver\u00e4nderungen zu sehen sind.<\/p>\n

R\u00f6ntgenaufnahmen aller als auff\u00e4llig beurteilter Gelenke sind wichtig, da freie Gelenkk\u00f6rper chirurgisch entfernt werden m\u00fcssen, um Schmerzfreiheit zu erlangen. Sichtbare Zubildungen haben Auswirkung auf das Implantationsma\u00df, die Genesungszeit und die Prognose.<\/p>\n

Die Goldimplantation verl\u00e4uft in unserer Praxis unter einem \u00e4u\u00dferst schonenden Narkoseverfahren<\/strong>. Sowohl beim Einschlafen, als auch beim Aufwachen Ihres Tieres sind Sie als Besitzer dabei. Je nach Umfang der Goldimplantation haben Sie nun 1 \u2013 3 Stunden Zeit, bevor Sie Ihr Tier wieder abholen d\u00fcrfen.<\/p>\n

Als Goldimplantate verwenden wir kleine Golddrahtst\u00fcckchen<\/strong> (99.9 % Feingold, 24 karat, 1-3 mm lang und 1mm stark).
Die Form der Goldimplantate ist f\u00fcr den Erfolg v\u00f6llig unerheblich. Wichtig ist die richtige Wahl der Implantationsstellen<\/strong>, die Menge der Goldst\u00fcckchen und die Tiefe.<\/p>\n

Die daf\u00fcr ausgew\u00e4hlten Punkte entsprechen in unserer Praxis der orthop\u00e4dischen und ganzheitlichen Betrachtungsweise. Dabei werden nicht nur betroffene Gelenke implantiert, sondern je nach Fall auch Schmerzpunkte und Strukturen, die durch Fehlbelastung bzw. Schonhaltung zum Schmerzgeschehen beitragen.<\/p>\n

Zus\u00e4tzlich implantieren wir Goldst\u00fccke an jeweils wichtige Akupunkturpunkte. Sie wirken nicht nur schmerzlindernd, sondern auf das innere Organsystem und das Immunsystem und dienen dem energetischen Ausgleich.<\/p>\n

Unsere Erfahrung zeigt, dass mit der Kombination von Akupunktur- und Lokalpunkten langfristig wesentlich bessere Ergebnisse erzielt werden, als mit der rein lokalen Goldimplantation nur an anatomischen Strukturen.<\/p>\n

Bis auf absolute Ausnahmef\u00e4lle wird die Schmerzmittelgabe sofort eingestellt. Eine Besserung der Schmerzsituation ist direkt nach der Implantation sichtbar. Anders als bei chirurgischen Eingriffen, bei denen immer auch Strukturen verletzt werden und eine gewisse Rekonvaleszenzzeit einberechnet werden muss, l\u00e4uft Ihr Tier nach der Goldimplantation sofort los.<\/p>\n

Nachsorge Hund:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Ihr Hund steht und geht sofort nach unserer Goldimplantation anders. Er muss sich erst an die neue schmerzfreie Laufsituation und das ver\u00e4nderte Gangbild gew\u00f6hnen, ebenso wie seine Muskulatur.<\/p>\n

Die wichtigste Nachsorge besteht darin, ihren Hund f\u00fcr 10 Tage an der Leine zu f\u00fchren. Spazierg\u00e4nge an der Schleppleine sind in diesem Zeitraum erw\u00fcnscht, aber kein pl\u00f6tzliches Loslaufen, kein herum Galoppieren, kein wildes Spiel und keine unbeobachteten Momente im Garten.<\/p>\n

Manchmal ist f\u00fcr 2 Tage ein Leckschutz f\u00fcr die Pfoten n\u00f6tig, oder bei kaltem Wetter ein M\u00e4ntelchen.<\/p>\n

Je nach Absprache kann Physiotherapie zum Muskelaufbau hilfreich sein.<\/p>\n

Nachsorge bei Katzen:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Katzen springen gleich nach der Goldimplantation wieder los und eventuell sofort wieder hoch und runter. Damit auch ihre Muskulatur nicht \u00fcberlastet wird, raten wir Katzen ca. eine Woche im Haus zu halten.<\/p>\n

Zu allen anderen sinnvollen Ma\u00dfnahmen des kontrollierten Muskelaufbaus lassen sich Katzen allerdings nur sehr selten \u00fcberreden oder zwingen.<\/p>\n
